Internet content service operator headquartered in South Korea which operates the Naver portal – the most popular Internet portal and search engine in South Korea, and Hangame - the country's no.1 online game portal.

Project

The collaboration with NHN Corporation started in January 2009 with a sample project: implementation of Hierarchical Query in the engine open source database Cubrid. Arnia’s development team consisted of four specialists and managed to deliver the project in half the time originally expected (6 weeks compared to the 3 months allocated). This was done without any development experience in database engine, thus the client gained confidence in our capabilities to create competitive teams to work on projects with a high degree of difficulty.

After this project, several departments of the NHN Corporation decided to work with us, including the Hangame – their games division. Currently, about 15 Arnia developers work on NHN projects. Still, the most important project remains Cubrid and 8 programmers are allocated for it.
