Job description


  • Pursuing new clients in order to expand the business;
  • Contact clients to understand their requirements and work on a sales plan;
  • Build strong client relationships, through regular communication;
  • Report on the status of accounts;
  • Coordinate with the Account Manager to create customized sales plans for clients;
  • Act as a gate-keeper and point-of-contact for own accounts;
  • Communicates deadlines, assigns area responsibilities, and monitors and summarizes progress of customer projects to company and customer;
  • Identifies retention risk and work proactively to eliminate that risk with senior team members.

  • Proven work experience as a Junior Account Manager or sales/customer service experience;
  • Background in sales in the IT&C industry or in technical recruitment;
  • Understanding of sales principles and ability to deliver excellent customer experience;
  • Have a willingness to learn and grow professionally;
  • Genuine drive and enthusiasm for a technology sales career;
  • A person who is well presented and professional in approach;
  • Be proactive, motivated and able to work on own initiative;
  • Resilient and self organized;
  • Be able to communicate effectively whether talking to someone technical or non-technical;
  • Strong (verbal and written) communication skills with an ability to build relationship;
  • Also a good communicator in written and spoken English;
  • Effective presentation and negotiation skills.
